*This position is fully remote and pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.*   DLH is seeking a Technical Requirements Business Analyst to provide support to our customer. The Technical Business Analyst will provide oversight on solution architecture, design, integration, testing, and operational support provided by the Technical Development and support teams to ensure Program Objectives and Functional Business Requirements are met.

The position is responsible for  facilitating  discussions with Head Start grantees, leading review teams and producing high quality reports in accordance with the Monitoring Review guidelines. The Monitoring Support Lead serves as a generalist with knowledge across Early Head Start/Head Start content areas.The Monitoring Support Lead ensures timely and accurate reports are submitted for delivery to the Office of Head Start (OHS).

The Head Start Monitoring Support Lead (Casual) hire is unable to select and choose their availability.
