Provides support in carrying out the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Group.
High school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience required. Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to interact effectively, pleasantly, and tactfully with variety of staff and visitors. Must be flexible, willing to work additional hours as needed to cover alternate shift. Familiarity with basic handyman and carpentry skills. Basic knowledge of phones and audio/video equipment. Moderate proficiency in word processing software, Excel, and ability to learn Visio. Ability to lift 60 pounds. Valid (Class C) driver’s license and clean DMV driving record. Successful candidate will be subject to annual drug testing.
