Provides support in carrying out the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Group.



  • Perform daily facility walkthrough to replenish copy paper, water, supplies. Replace toner and perform copier meter reads as required
  • Perform daily facility inspection to ensure equipment, HVAC, common area and office lighting, and suite entry doors are functioning optimally. Make minor repairs when required
  • Coordinate all aspects of key management system to include, labeling, storing, requesting, and replacing desk, installing door lock, file cabinet keys, maintain a database with this information and contacting vendor if required
  • Assist with space utilization and asset management by updating a database of offices, furniture and equipment
  • Assist with the maintenance and increase of postage on all postage machines. Program all postage machines with postage software to insure proper postage charges
  • Manage and maintain storage facilities to include delivery and retrieval. Serve as special run courier.
  • Set up and reconfigure conference rooms for meetings and events to include furniture, video conferencing equipment and audio/polycom equipment. Assist with office moves, additions, and changes, relocation of computer equipment and rerouting of phones
  • Responsible for sorting and delivery of mail and UPS packages
  • Reviews Facilities in-box requests and ensures requests are addressed following guidelines and approval procedures: assigns task accordingly
  • Prepare out-going FedEx packing slips using FedEx on-line shipping. Sorting and delivery of mail to all staff
  • Maintain the Security card access-control database
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as requested


High school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience required. Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to interact effectively, pleasantly, and tactfully with variety of staff and visitors. Must be flexible, willing to work additional hours as needed to cover alternate shift. Familiarity with basic handyman and carpentry skills. Basic knowledge of phones and audio/video equipment. Moderate proficiency in word processing software, Excel, and ability to learn Visio. Ability to lift 60 pounds. Valid (Class C) driver’s license and clean DMV driving record. Successful candidate will be subject to annual drug testing.
